When I remember (!) I do a short series of stretching exercises such as a basic pilates roll down, hip twists and basic Yoga pose – Pose of A Child. Even though I do pilates weekly, I still struggle to remember all the moves.

    Just looking at the photos make me feel relaxed. I would love to use this mat when laying down. Great product for all ages.

    I do know that when I have dedicated myself to yoga, I feel so much better. Unfortunately, although I could really do with it at the moment, I have lapsed so far from any such thing that I think my entire body is in a sulk with me.
    This mat looks like a really useful item to have, and would certainly encourage time that is needed to stretch, be calm and reclaim some of the stresses of the day back.

    I’ve never heard of a Stretch Mat but this sounds really interesting! I occasionally have problems with my back (I blame it on the year I spent working on a hospital ward) but I do find that regular exercise helps a lot.

    Oh wow, this was really interesting, i have a tendency when i get stressed, to really tense up and my muscles ache, after reading this might give these exercises a go, thank you
