Review: Swedish Winter-Tested Xmas Grooming From RAW Naturals

When there’s a winter chill in the air, we all need to take special care of our skin and I’ve discovered a range of grooming products tested in extreme conditions which should surely be able to cope with the much milder British winter.

The RAW Naturals grooming range, which is now available exclusively in Superdrug, is manufactured in Sweden in the RAW Naturals brewing facilities in Falun and the philosophy is simple: logical skincare and no ‘fuzz’.

The Swedish logic is that if a grooming product can perform well in the harsh Scandinavian climate, it’s more than fit for purpose in Blighty!  All RAW Naturals products are tested in weather conditions that your skin hates – demonstrating that what works in Sweden, works anywhere. Indeed, RAW Naturals is the brainchild of 3 Alpine skiers from Sweden who sought to find a moisturiser that only needed to be applied once a day whilst out on the cold, windswept slopes.

The RAW Naturals range includes advanced, and highly efficient quality grooming products for men. The focus is on visible results and problem-solving. The concept is technical and cutting edge, but with an honest and straightforward approach. The result is a unique face, body and beard care range with truly exceptional moisturising properties.

Natural by name and natural by nature, RAW Naturals is characterised by its simple profile, from its processes, ingredients, and formulae, to the packaging design, and product descriptions. Caring ingredients are of vegetable origin with natural oils from oats, coconut and olives, as well as natural honey extracts. The cleansing products are completely sulphate-free and contain natural cleansing agents from apple. Discover more about RAW Naturals.

The range includes:-

RAW Naturals Pale Ale Shower Gel

This mild, refreshing shower brew takes your shower experience to the next level. It transforms into an airy lather and rinses off smoothly, leaving your body and hair thoroughly cleansed, and perfumed to perfection.

  • Application: Work into a rich lather and rinse off

RAW Naturals Glacier Water Face Cleansing Fluid

This ultra-fresh liquid cleanser works into a flawless lather that effectively removes excess oil and pore-clogging dirt. It prepares your skin for shaving, and leaves it energised, spotless, and looking like a million dollars

  • Natural Ingredients Include: Apple Amino Acids and Humulus Lupulus Extract (Hops)
  • Application: Use in the morning before shaving, or anytime to remove impurities. Massage gently onto damp skin. Rinse thoroughly with warm water

RAW Naturals Universal Face Cream

Hit refresh with this multi-function face cream that energises, strengthens and hydrates your skin. Use it every day for naturally smooth skin that looks good and feels great

  • Natural Ingredients Include: Hydrogenated Ethylhexyl Olivate (Olive Oil) and Avena Sativa Kernel Oil (Oats)
  • Application: Apply after shaving or whenever your skin feels dry or tired. Massage onto a clean and dry face

Maximum Grooming – With Minimal Environmental Impact

RAW Minerals prioritises minimising its environmental impact including using environmentally friendly, naturally derived and Swedish-local ingredients in the manufacturing processes. In addition, the RAW Minerals factory uses 100% renewable energy.

You can find the RAW Naturals range is at Superdrug stores and online.

My husband suffers from eczema so has to use cream after bathing and before bed. Unfortunately the medicated cream smells a bit, well, medicated. It would be nice if there were a suitable cream that also smelled nice.
