Autumn is here and Christmas is on the horizon – heaven knows we all need something to look forward to at the moment and I have a great giveaway for my readers from Engravers Guild Of London – a beautiful Initial & Date Personalised Necklace in solid sterling silver which comes in a choice of silver, gold or rose gold.
I always try to find my readers the best prizes and choose things that I would wear or use myself and this necklace would make a lovely gift for friends, family and anyone you’d like to thank at the moment. And, now more than ever we need to support British businesses.
Engravers Guild is a family company that traces its heritage to 1887 in Birmingham’s historic Jewellery Quarter and has over 100 years’ experience of creating beautiful curated pieces using the traditional skills of craftsmen.
I was sent an Initial & Date Personalised Necklace which is ideal for daily wear. Mine is the rose gold pendant but you can also choose gold or silver.
It’s a gold disc with room to include your preferred initial and a significant date. The gold plate on solid silver chain has an adjustable length of either 16 or 18 inches and the pendant measures 15mm in diameter.
The chain length is ideal for me and I liked that the clasp isn’t too small for larger fingers which often stops me from wearing a necklace as much as I’d like. It also makes a difference when you have long hair like I do.
Purchasing online is easy. Just choose an initial and a memorable date you would like engraved on your necklace (you can also opt to have the necklace without engraving).
You can choose between 3 different typefaces for your engraving which is provided free of charge – Script, Times New Roman or Sans Serif. I chose Script which I feel gives the engraving an extra special touch. You can preview how each font option is going to look on your necklace before you place your order.
The engraving is done with precision diamond-tipped cutters giving a long-lasting lustre for many years to come. It’s a simple but classy piece which is ideal for wearing on its own or layering.
Once you have selected your engraving style, you’ll be able to add your personal message to the lucky recipient by typing it into a simple box online.
The Initial & Date Personalised Necklace retails at around £47.50 including complimentary engraving and a luxury gift box. It is just one of a curated collection of personalised necklaces starting at £29.50 at Engravers Guild.
My necklace was delivered in a neat Engravers Guild gift box along with good quality gift card which can be personalised with your own special message. Bespoke packaging and 48 hour delivery are all part of the service.
Despite the disruption to lots of businesses by COVID-19, Engravers Guild online service is currently working as usual with no expected delays to delivery.
You also have the reassurance of Engravers Guild’s returns policy – if there is a fault with your jewellery or you are unhappy with the finish or quality, you can return your item for a full refund within 28 days from purchase.
This would truly make a lovely gift but there are plenty of other fabulous pieces to choose from including plenty of choices for gifts for him too. Take a look online and why not enter my giveaway to win an Initial & Date Personalised Necklace for yourself or someone you love? Last ordering date for Christmas is 21st December if you choose the two day delivery option.
